Robin Alexander is the heart and driving force behind Elevate Property Management. A proud graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Robin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While working toward her degree, she took a receptionist job at a local property management company—just a way to help pay for school at the time. But it didn’t take long for real estate to capture her interest and spark a lifelong passion. The real estate bug bit her, and the rest is history.

That early experience laid the foundation for what would become a successful and deeply fulfilling career. With a natural talent for organization, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine care for people, Robin quickly rose through the ranks, gaining hands-on experience in every facet of property management. Today, as the Broker and Owner of Elevate Property Management, she brings that same energy, dedication, and love for the industry to every property and partnership.

Robin is committed to raising the bar in property management by combining personalized service with professional expertise. She believes that great management starts with strong relationships—and she’s built Elevate around that very principle.

When she’s not working, you can usually find Robin with her hands in the dirt, growing something beautiful in her garden. She has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and finds peace in nature, often reflecting on the beauty of God’s creation. Live music and traveling set her soul on fire, and family vacations to the beach with her husband and two kids are her favorite way to unwind and reconnect.

With two years of experience in property management and a strong background in customer service, I am passionate about providing exceptional support to tenants and prospects. As a Property Management Coordinator at Elevate PM, I handle communication with tenants and prospective renters, ensuring they receive the information they need while addressing their requests with attention to detail and a kind approach.

In my role, I oversee lease processing, renewals, and move-outs, manage delinquencies, and assist with maintenance coordination. My goal is to create a smooth and positive experience for residents while ensuring operations run efficiently.

Outside of work, I enjoy making vitrail glass art, painting, and going to the gym, which help me bring creativity and balance to my professional life.
